With 17+ years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, and taxation, he drives financial excellence and sustainable growth through strategic foresight, analytical rigor, and a results-oriented approach.
Since joining ISL in 2013, Usman has played a key role at ISL by leading initiatives to strengthen governance, optimize the capital structure, and automate financial processes. Previously, he was a financial controller and was key in liquidity management and financial reporting transformation.
Before ISL, Usman held leadership roles at Siemens, Standard Chartered Bank, and PwC, developing expertise in risk management, compliance, and global financial best practices.
